Musk is trying to sue the law firm that the previous owners used to force him to honour his offer to buy Twitter.

I'm sure that is going to go well.
LegalEagle has a video about it.

My wife loved Suits... maybe she'd like the live stream of this when it goes to court...

Well, to subpoena her, anyway.

Good luck with that.

Musk wants to turn it into the X Social Media Company .
He's doing a very good job of it.

The new logo is a standard Unicode character in a standard font.

So it can't be trademarked, copyrighted, or protected.

If you're wondering what the word is, well, it featured in the famous message from the Snake Island Defenders to Moskva.

If Microsoft and Meta both have an existing registration for X, surely it's going to be hard to deny Musk his kiss (/vote)?

But I figure he could always add a space in front of the logo, " X" because he has that one already.

Maybe they should change the name of tweets to Xposés

But.. if he decides to do another right turn, would he have to rebrand as Y?

Looks like they've edited it online now. It's a good follow up to their Damson Idris/Idris Elba familial mix up.

Twitter Blue, which Elon Musk is currently rebranding to X Blue, now includes the option to hide the notorious blue checkmark. Twitter Blue subscribers recently started noticing the “hide your blue checkmark” option on the web and in mobile apps, offering the ability to hide that they’re paying for Twitter

Perhaps they should supply the checkmark in a brown paper bag.
