Matches what son and GF say after a trip to Salcombe: local restaurant is sick of staff getting yelled at e.g. by morons who order a huge meal they can't then pay for because they don't understand the £10/head limit.

Eat out to help out was discussed by More or Less on Wednesday. Looks like the scheme did increase transmission, but not by very much. Probably sped up the Alpha wave by a few days.
